Shipping

Shipping Policy

 

Custom Art Concepts, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities ordered and to cancel or reject orders.

Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping. A "Return Receipt" may be required for new customers or for those who have not established a credit history with Custom Art Concepts, Inc.

Email us if shipping costs are not posted, for large orders, or international orders outside USA (lower 48 states) OR call Custom Art Concepts, Inc. 1-800-341-5169  or 715-381-8209  for the required rate.

Refused Deliveries:
All deliveries will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Common Carrier refused deliveries will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.

Shipping Charges are based on the method of shipping and weight, size of package and destination.


Order Arrival Time
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the Custom Art Concepts, Inc. Factory.
In-stock items: Shipping times vary from 3 to 10 business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our Factory. (U.S. destinations only)
Non-stock special order items or backordered items may take longer to be shipped to you
(up to approx. 3 to 6 weeks for delivery) depending upon manufacturer and specific item. Will be shipped as soon as possible.
Tracking of Orders: If we have your email address available, we will send you the tracking number (s).

Special Orders:
Special orders for non-stock or specialty items must be in writing and include all necessary information including, but not limited to, manufacturers name and part number. All non-stock special order sales are final and can not be returned. Special orders may take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery depending upon manufacturer and specific item.

For Damaged or Lost Package::
All packages are insurance through carrier, and/or other third party insurance agencies. Custom Art Concepts, Inc.  Does not hold any responsibilities for any lost and damage packages due to the fact they are all covered by insurance agencies. Customer is required to give notice within 24 hours after the package’s arrival if package is damaged. Custom Art Concepts, Inc. will notify insurance agency within few hours and following with investigation.
 

For lost packages, customer/purchaser is not responsible, nor Custom Art Concepts, Inc. Carrier or insurance agency take full coverage against lost or damaged package. However, until a decision is made, Custom Art Concepts, Inc. cannot issue anything. Claims may take up to 7 business days.
